In Spain is something new, because we are celebrating halloween like 4 years ago, at least in my city, and not everybody celebrates this festivity.
For us, is the second year, last year I only bought a Pumpkin I put it in a candlestick, you can see it HERE, but this year I wanted something more sophisticated and finally I decided that I would paint one.
So here it is, I just painted the pumpkin with white spray paint, and then sticked some drawing pins, then I painted with gold the stem and some gold spots, so easy!
I´m so glad about the results and I hope you like it, too!
Hoy quería hablaros sobre una de mis decobsesiones otoñales, las calabazas de Halloween!
Es España es una festividad nueva, llevaremos celebrándola unos 4 años, al menos en mi vecindario, y no todo el mundo lo celebra.
Para nosotros, es el segundo año, el año pasado me limité a comprar una calabaza y la puse en un candelabro, podéis verlo AQUI, pero este año quería algo más sofisticado y finalmente decidí que pintaría una.
Así que aquí la tenemos! Me he limitado a pintar la calabaza con spray blanco y le he clavado algunas chinchetas doradas, luego le pinté algunos lunares y el rabito, muy fácil!
Estoy muy contenta con los resultados y espero que os guste!
The book with the "Autumn" message is so simple to do, I saw this idea in one of my favorite blogs HERE, but instead glue the message in a white book, I printed the "Autumn" message in a sheet of paper and covered a book with it.
El libro con el mensaje de "Otoño" es muy simple de hacer, vi esta idea en uno de mis blogs preferidos AQUI, pero en lugar de pegar el mensaje en un libro blanco, yo imprimí el mensaje de "Otoño" en una hoja y cubrí el libro con él.
Next to the pumpkin is my wedding bouquet, now it is dry, I will talk to you in the future about this, I have an antique magnifying glass too, that I bought in "Mercado de motores" in Madrid, may be next week I will show you that charming market.
Al lado de la calabaza tengo mi ramo de novia, lo sequé después de la boda, os hablaré algún día de él, también tengo una lupa antigua que compré en el "Mercado de motores" de Madrid, puede que la semana que viene os enseñe lo que hicimos aquel día en el mercado.
