The protagonist of today’s post is a lovely apartment just 54 m2. It is a house where the color of the concrete pieces fits perfectly with laminate wood floors and neutral tones of the rest of the decor. Perhaps many of you think that the concrete is cold and unwelcoming material, but I think this is a perfect test to demonstrate that well combined, can have up to a point of sweetness.
Also is full of special details like hidden in the lateral septum bottle, the wall of the kitchen with my beloved “subway tiles” that were already featured in a post on the Blog, or the timeless Eames chairs, set in a beautiful table for two. But if I have to choose a detail, no doubt, I choose the precious sheets with maps of the cities of David Ehrenstråhle located in the lounge area. Is likely to be professional deformation but I love cities maps and especially those that are made with care and simplicity.
Who said small spaces have not many possibilities? What do you think?
