An old industrial warehouse of the nineteenth century converted into a very modern apartment.
Lamentablemente, de esta central de gas, todo un ejemplo de la arquitectura fabril del siglo XIX, sólo permanecieron en pie unas tuberías y un pequeño almacén. Este superviviente nos permite adivinar el estilo del resto de las instalaciones. Sus paredes de ladrillo visto, sus trabajados arcos que enmarcan los grandes ventanales, sus techos altos de madera con varias vertiente… me parece el marco perfecto para una gran obra, y así es, ¡el resultado es espectacular!
Unfortunately, from this gas central, an example of 19th century factory architecture, only pipelines and a small warehouse remained. This survivor allows us to guess the style of the rest of the facilities. Its exposed brick walls, its arched arches framing the large windows, its high wooden ceilings with several slopes … seems to me the perfect frame for a great work, and that is the result is spectacular!
I love the brick walls seen of aged appearance, certainly give a super special touch an entire apartment, along with works of art, dark elements like tablecloths, all aluminum kitchen and fantastic wood. The sink and old lamps, lots of vegetation and bar in the kitchen towards a large open space that without a doubt it invite you to enjoy it.
La decoración del salón es bastante sencilla, con cierto aire nórdico, usando diferentes tejidos, como las preciosas alfombras de esparto o algo similar, tonos neutros y líneas simples.
Another of the protagonists of this apartment are the wonderful windows, huge and ancient provide a wonderful light to the whole house.
The decoration of the living room is quite simple, with a certain nordic style, using different fabrics, like the precious esparto carpets or something similar, neutral tones and simple lines.
Como cabecero de la cama, una de las preciosas ventanas, y el muro envejecido con fotos colgadas, libros en las repisas de ventanas…
El apartamento tiene un estilo muy desenfadado y relajante… cualquier lugar te invita a estar en él, sin pensar que puedes romper o estropear algo de la decoración, es una vivienda con mucha vida, ¿no os parece?
The bedroom follows the same line of living room, simple lines, neutral colors and different fabrics, and like the rest of the house, full of vegetation!
As head of the bed, one of the beautiful windows, and the wall aged with pictures hung, books on the windowsill …
The apartment has a very relaxed style… any place invites you to be in it, without thinking that you can break or spoil something of the decoration, it is a house with a lot of life, don’t you think?
