Good morning!! As every Wednesday it’s time for another *My new home* section post. Thinking about my parents moving, I’ve found the perfect DIY project for any of you that are moving to your first or new home. You’ll see how easily we can recycle all the paper that we tend to accumulate during a move, and also with a practical, creative and beautiful result!! Do you want to see how?
Para este DIY necesitaréis:
Los trozos de papel acumulados durante la mudanza o también restos de papel de pared o regalo pueden servir perfectamente
Una máquina de coser (si no tenéis podéis pedirla prestada, ¡jeje!)
Una pistola de cola líquida
Unos cuantos clips
Un metro
For this DIY you’ll need:
The pieces of paper accumulated during the move, but also wallpaper scraps or gift wrap would work great too
A sewing machine (if you haven’t one, you can borrow it, hehe!)
A liquid glue gun
A few clips
A meter
Y para construir vuestra cesta reciclada, sólo tenéis que seguir estos sencillos pasos:
Plegar el papel en varias tiras largas de unos 4 o 5 centímetros de grosor
Coser ambos bordes de cada tira
Entrelazar horizontalmente las tiras entre ellas hasta formar la base de la cesta
Seguir entrelazando tiras pero verticalmente para formar los laterales de la cesta
Sujetar las tiras con los clips durante el proceso
Pegar las tiras entre sí con la pistola de cola líquida para una mayor resistencia
And to build your recycled basket, you just have to follow these easy steps:
Folding paper in several long strips with a thickness of about 4 or 5 centimeters
Sew both edges of each strip
Horizontally entwine the strips between them to form the base of the basket
Continue entwining the strips but now vertically, to form the sides of the basket
Attach the strips with clips during the process
Glue the strips together with liquid glue gun for greater resistance
