I’d been thinking about launching a new section in the blog: a category to show room makeovers rather than pieces of furniture makeovers, I mean, show the changes made to a room that will make a living space both more practical and beautiful. Now is the time!
The real estate professionals have been using a marketing technique for some time now called “home staging” or “property styling”, you may be familiar with the term. It has to do with presenting a house for rent or sale in the most appealing -yet neutral- way so that as many potential buyers as possible like it and might want to buy it. It’s been proved it reduces the listing’s time on the market and the seller gets better money.
